The Chilmark Board of Health (BOH) has issued an MV CYANO Bloom ADVISORY for Middle Chilmark Pond , Doctor’s Creek, Able’s Hill Crossing, and the southern portions of Lower Chilmark Pond.
The bloom is now visible in most regions of the pond, excluding the northeast portion.
The northeast portion of Lower Chilmark Pond is in a WATCH status. Please know that conditions can change rapidly. Please report any further spreading of the bloom to MV CYANO or the Chilmark BOH.
