Tom Milch is a veteran environmental lawyer who has a wealth of experience dealing with difficult environmental problems.  In addition to his legal practice, he has taught in the field, served on nonprofit boards, and advised a major university’s interdisciplinary environmental group.  Tom is also the former Chair of Arnold & Porter, a large international law firm based in Washington, DC.  He has had a home in Chilmark for about 20 years.
